Shelly's Skoop De Poop does work year-round. We do not work when there is lightning within 5 miles or when it is below 15 degrees. This is for the safety and well-being of our techs.
Our Techs dispose of waste properly in the waste containers of the client. We also offer removal off the property as well for a minimal fee. We also carry waste bags and sanitizer with us at all times.
No, we do our routing to groups on specific days to help minimize our gas and time efficiently. This also helps keep down the cost for you the client
Yes, we require that all yards be cut and free of leaves and debris. These things cause issues for our techs to do a good and thorough job. We will still do the best we can to remove all the dog waste that we can.
Yes, but prefer they be inside, as long as they are friendly and do not show aggression.
All billing is sent out on the 1st of the month previous to the month the invoice is billing for. EX: your bill to cover your weekly service for the month of May will be sent out on April 1st and due on May 1st. There is a late fee applied if bill is not paid on time. If bill is not paid for by or on the 5th of the month services will be suspended and extra fees may be applied.

Initial Cleanup: Price $75 for first 90 minutes. $10 for every 30 minutes a

Initial clean is the first clean up done when you sign up for weekly or twice a week cleaning. Price also depends on last time yard was cleaned. Ex: one dog on 1/4th acer but not cleaned in 2 months would be $100-$150.
